Chroma Lining Black - 4oz.

This is my newest favorite black, because it is powder-based. It stays wet for a lot longer and doesn't gunk up in your tube nearly as quickly as the acrylic brands we are all used to using. This is the perfect thickness, and it isn't too messy when you wipe away. Really great black my new favorite
